Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 02 October 2026. This policy explains how refunds and payment corrections are handled for fees paid to SAI College of Higher Education through this website.

Fee Payments

Fees paid through the student portal (online, via our approved payment gateway) or in person at the accounts office are recorded against your student account, and a digital receipt is issued for every successful payment. Please verify the amount and fee type carefully before confirming payment.

Duplicate or Failed Payments

  • If an amount is deducted from your bank/UPI account but the payment shows as failed or pending in your student portal, it is usually auto-reversed by the bank/gateway within 5–7 working days
  • If it is not reversed automatically, please contact the accounts office with your transaction ID for verification and correction
  • If a technical error results in a duplicate payment for the same fee head, the excess amount will be adjusted against your next due fee, or refunded to the original payment source upon request

Admission / Course Fee Refunds

Refunds of admission or course fees after enrollment (e.g. on withdrawal) are governed by the applicable UGC/AICTE/affiliating body norms in effect at the time, and the college's own admission withdrawal policy communicated at the time of admission. Please contact the admission office in writing to request a withdrawal and refund, where applicable.

Non-Refundable Charges

Registration fees, application processing charges, and payment gateway transaction charges (if separately shown) are generally non-refundable once the admission process has been initiated, except where required by law or explicit college policy.
